What It Does
The plastic granulator is the core pelletizing line for converting waste plastic into reusable resin pellets. It integrates compaction, single-screw extrusion, melt filtration and pelletizing in one continuous process.
How It Works
Shredded or washed plastic is fed into the compactor or barrel; the single screw heats, compresses and plasticizes the material; a hydraulic screen changer filters out contaminants; the melt is cut at the die into uniform pellets, then cooled and dried.
